工作職責(zé)1.有良好的文字功底，了解市場(chǎng)需求并且能夠抓住熱點(diǎn)和行業(yè)內(nèi)新聞進(jìn)行內(nèi)容原創(chuàng)，提升品牌影響力和市場(chǎng)關(guān)注度；2.可以獨(dú)立策劃拍攝人物采訪、活動(dòng)宣傳等短視頻，熟練運(yùn)用視頻剪輯軟件；3.根據(jù)學(xué)校發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，實(shí)施品牌規(guī)劃和品牌形象的建設(shè)，含線上（官網(wǎng)、微信、微博、頭條、抖音、APP等）平臺(tái)推廣、線下活動(dòng)等；4. 負(fù)責(zé)監(jiān)控和落實(shí)VI、宣傳廣告、媒體廣告宣傳等事項(xiàng)的實(shí)施； 5.市場(chǎng)調(diào)研、資料收集、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手調(diào)研等，并能在此基礎(chǔ)上形成報(bào)告總結(jié)；6. 拓展行業(yè)內(nèi)媒體資源，維護(hù)媒體關(guān)系，并探索最有價(jià)值的合作模式，搭建并整合有效的品牌資源；7. 配合市場(chǎng)招生及上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他工作；任職資格1.良好的表達(dá)能力及溝通能力，公關(guān)能力強(qiáng)，熱情開(kāi)朗，有媒體活動(dòng)資源及經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先； 2.有一定的組織策劃能力和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)控制能力，有主動(dòng)溝通和主動(dòng)解決問(wèn)題的意識(shí)； 3.市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、公關(guān)、廣告、新聞等相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷； 4.3年及以上K12教育集團(tuán)或國(guó)際學(xué)校品牌工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有上海及周邊知名教育集團(tuán)或?qū)W校品宣工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先； 5.熟悉品牌宣傳工作包括平面設(shè)計(jì)、文案設(shè)計(jì)等崗位； 6.具備良好的品牌戰(zhàn)略意識(shí)和市場(chǎng)敏銳度，能夠及時(shí)把握市場(chǎng)變化及未來(lái)趨勢(shì)； 7.英語(yǔ)可作為工作語(yǔ)言者&具有設(shè)計(jì)能力&一定審美者優(yōu)先；
