職位描述：1. 根據(jù)教學(xué)內(nèi)容、學(xué)生實際情況和學(xué)生的認(rèn)識規(guī)律，精心設(shè)計教學(xué)程序；2. 耐心研究教學(xué)方法及課程內(nèi)容、授課過程，根據(jù)IGCSE，Alevel教學(xué)大綱研究考試方向和考試知識點，定期舉行評教；3. 根據(jù)學(xué)生不同基礎(chǔ)、不同需求規(guī)劃學(xué)習(xí)方案；4. 及時了解學(xué)生成績及心理變化，適時調(diào)整和優(yōu)化教學(xué)手段并做好課外輔導(dǎo)；5. 在授課期間適當(dāng)組織測驗活動，檢驗學(xué)生接受輔導(dǎo)的成效，并做出教學(xué)質(zhì)量分析；6. 參加本學(xué)科教研交流，研究和選擇先進(jìn)的教學(xué)方法；7. 服從學(xué)術(shù)校長的安排，完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)臨時交辦的任務(wù)。任職要求：1、良好的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力。非英語專業(yè)，英語要求達(dá)到六級；英語專業(yè)要求達(dá)到專業(yè)八級； 2、數(shù)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)的碩士研究生及以上學(xué)歷； 3、具備敬業(yè)精神和職業(yè)道德操守，性格開朗，具有較強(qiáng)的感召力和親和力，思路敏捷清晰，做事認(rèn)真仔細(xì)； 4、樂于接受挑戰(zhàn)，能夠承受工作壓力；樂觀向上，心懷開闊、具有較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊合作意識； 5、熱愛教育事業(yè)，有志成為老師者； 6、能夠承擔(dān)英語教授A-level相應(yīng)課程者； 7、海歸人士及有一線教師工作經(jīng)驗或持有英方A-LEVEL教師資格證書者優(yōu)先； 8、形象端正、中西文化修養(yǎng)深厚，熟練使用中英文語言； 9、擅長人際溝通，喜歡與人打交道。
