工作職責(zé)：Product Cost CalculationWork closely with the project team to continuously update and manage material and production costs for ongoing and upcoming products.Compare and ****uate material costs across different product families to identify cost-effective solutions.Collaborate with project teams to assess cost implications from the initial product planning phase to final production.Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize product cost without compromising quality or performance.Collaborate with Category Manager (CM) to secure competitive pricing and ensure cost-effective manufacturing solutions.Perform in-depth analysis of cost drivers in product design and manufacturing, proposing cost-saving strategies.Business case analysis Support Product Management by calculating the profitability of new product developments and product changes, providing data-driven insights for decision-making.Assist the Sales team in preparing customer quotations by providing accurate cost breakdowns and profitability forecasts.Collaborate with Operations to **** cost structures across various PULS (and EMS) ****s, providing recommendations for cost improvement.Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments related to cost, ensuring that proposed products align with financial targets.Cost Management Platform and Process DevelopmentLead the development of a cost management platform, including the creation of relevant processes, tools, and methods.Continuously improve the platform and tools to enhance product cost management and reporting capabilities.Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote the application of new cost-saving initiatives and technologies within the company.招聘要求：Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in cost calculation and analysis within a product development or manufacturing environment.Prior experience in a similar cost analysis or product management role is a plus.＞10 years electronics product related work experience is welcome，from product design, product NPI, productions, test, or related engineering roleswith a deep understanding of the product life cycle processWork experience in Power Supply is a plusStrong analytical skills with a deep understanding of product cost structures, including material, manufacturing processes, labor, and overhead costs.Strong project team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Basic understanding of electronic devices, circuits, and their associated cost drivers.Basic knowledge of cost management software and tools (e.g., SAP, PLM, ERP systems).Solid understanding of the product development cycle, from initial design to final production.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Sales, Operations, and external suppliers.Strong ability of data analyze tool, eg. Excel skills (including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis) and familiarity with cost modeling software.Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex cost data to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of various manufacturing technologies such as electronic component, plastic, sheet metal, terminal block, and profile technology, along with an understanding of their cost structure.English CET4， fluent english communication skill with HQ team.
