Reporting to:Marketing ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business ****ives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.The work model for the role is: onsite **** ****edin #Main Accountabilities:Identify, develop, and ****uate marketing strategy and product positioning for breaker to drive business growth.Close work with sales to ensure right product strategy implementation. Coaching and lead sales team to run business in efficiency way. Design, organize and implement training and education activities for sales, distributors and customers to ensure accurate product knowledge and application methodology being delivered.Obtain market intelligence through market research on customers, competitors, market potentials, and product competitiveness.Strength the application support internally and externally to ensure better application by customers and smooth communication.Develop, lead and manage the execution of new product launch.Dimensions:Achieving business target of MCCB.Cooperate with back-end to develop customized products based on segment needs.Define product positioning and strategy and drive product development.Challenges:Set up Value Proposition concept during the sales team.Knowledge, Skills, Experience: ● Minimum of Bachelor Degree in engineering is required ● Excellent written and oral communication skills required ● Minimum of 2-3 years of related products is preferred ● Good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills, positive working attitude ● Proven ability to work as a member of a collaboration sales team ● Very good knowledge and understanding of Low Voltage Products ● PC skills, good command of Microsoft Office
