崗位職責(zé)Key responsibilities: 1. 執(zhí)行學(xué)校分配的教學(xué)任務(wù)，負(fù)責(zé)小學(xué)中文的授課工作；Conduct subject teaching tasks assigned by the school, and responsible for teaching Chinese for all grades for primary school 2. 遵照集團(tuán)和學(xué)校的教育發(fā)展規(guī)劃，積極參與優(yōu)化教學(xué)方案、課程研發(fā)、教研活動等工作；Participate in optimizing teaching plans, developing curriculum, studying and etc, according to the educational development plan of the Group and the school3. 積極與學(xué)生和家長溝通，切實(shí)關(guān)懷、輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生提高學(xué)習(xí)成績，鞏固教學(xué)成果、營造良好的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍；Communicate with students and parents actively, help students to improve their academic performance, and create a good learning atmosphere4. 配合校區(qū)開展教學(xué)行政事務(wù)、學(xué)生紀(jì)律、事故防范等管理工作。Cooperate with the school to carry out teaching administration, student discipline supervision, accident prevention and other management assignment.任職資格Qualifications:1. 本科或以上學(xué)歷，語言或文學(xué)類相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先，有三年以上任教經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮Bachelor's degree or above in Language, Literature or other related majors, with more than three year teaching experience is preferred3. 持有相應(yīng)學(xué)科教師資格證及二級乙等或以上等級普通話證書；Holding a teacher qualification certificate of the corresponding subject, and a level of 2B or above Mandarin certificate4. 國、粵語標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，英語流利表達(dá)，溝通意識、語言表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)，具有高度責(zé)任心及親和力You should be able to speak standard Mandarin, fluent Cantonese and English, with strong communication awareness to express yourself clearly and a sense of responsibility and affinity5. 具有良好的職業(yè)道德和進(jìn)取精神，熱愛教育行業(yè)，擅于與學(xué)生和家長溝通，能勝任班主任工作尤佳。Possess professional ethics and enterprising spirit, passionate with the education industry, and be good at communicating with students and parents. Candidates who are capable of serving as a class teacher is highly preferred.
