Strategy PlannerJob de****ion:"Strategic Planning Work. Analyze strategic issues in major areas of the company from a holistic perspective, providing decision support for the company and senior executives of various departments. This includes the company's globalization strategy, global capability layout, value transfer in the automation industry value chain, competitive strategy, and the development of a second growth curve, among others.Strategic Seminar Work. Internally, organize discussions with relevant business departments, conduct high-level interviews, problem identification, and field research to propose viewpoints, suggestions, or decision-making solutions that support senior management decisions.
