職位描述：1.?對接內(nèi)外部客戶需求，組織各方進行項目評審； 2.?制定并推進重卡換電設備或其他起重搬運設備的開發(fā)、采購、生產(chǎn)、調(diào)試計劃； 3.?組織換電設備的物料采購、跟蹤及零部件的生產(chǎn)外協(xié)； 4. 組織產(chǎn)品的總裝、調(diào)試、發(fā)運； 5.?組織換電設備的出廠驗收； 6.?跟蹤管理項目過程，識別風險，及時預警，策劃，應對； 7.?執(zhí)行相關人員培訓及審核，為現(xiàn)場提供資源支持。 職位要求：1.?機械、材料、車輛工程等專業(yè)本科以上文憑； 2. 5年以上商用車主機廠、起重搬運機械、重型機械等相關產(chǎn)品企業(yè)技術、工藝、生產(chǎn)管理、質(zhì)量管理、項目管理工作經(jīng)驗； 3.? 能夠閱讀機械、電氣原理圖紙； 4. 了解焊接、油漆、機加工、裝配、電氣安裝等生產(chǎn)工藝過程等知識，并具有一定的質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗； 5.?具備較強的人際溝通能力； 6.?較強的抗壓能力與韌勁。
