職責(zé)描述：1. 根據(jù)教學(xué)內(nèi)容、學(xué)生實(shí)際情況和學(xué)生的認(rèn)識規(guī)律，精心設(shè)計教學(xué)程序；2. 耐心研究教學(xué)方法及課程內(nèi)容、授課過程，根據(jù)教學(xué)大綱研究考試方向和考試知識點(diǎn)，定期舉行評教；3. 根據(jù)學(xué)生不同基礎(chǔ)、不同需求規(guī)劃學(xué)習(xí)方案；4. 及時了解學(xué)生成績及心理變化，適時調(diào)整和優(yōu)化教學(xué)手段并做好課外輔導(dǎo)；5. 在授課期間適當(dāng)組織測驗(yàn)活動，檢驗(yàn)學(xué)生接受輔導(dǎo)的成效，并做出教學(xué)質(zhì)量分析；6. 參加本學(xué)科教研交流，研究和選擇先進(jìn)的教學(xué)方法；任職要求：1. 全職中教：能使用中英語授課， 有國際學(xué)校相關(guān)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；2. 熟悉A-Level課程體系， 并有該體系下相關(guān)學(xué)科教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)尤佳；3. 本科及以上學(xué)歷；4. 英語六級；
